Sinead is an expert in her field of psychotherapy. Personally, she has helped me through difficulties stemming from an eating disorder and a chronic illness. She has also helped me with other general issues that have come up throughout the process of therapy.

I started seeing Sinead for counselling at a difficult time. I had been in and out of work due to depression for almost 1.5 years, had tried counselling with two other counsellors and felt like I was a) misunderstood and b) feeling worse and more hopeless all the time. After my first session with Sinead I walked home thinking “things might be ok one day”. With every session after that I walked out feeling taller, like a weight was lifted of my chest and with a genuine feeling that “something good” had been achieved. 10 months in I am back at work and there are days when I KNOW things will definitely be ok and that I will do my part to make it so.
